How Bookkeeper Access Aids Financial Operations
As part of our latest update, we're excited to share details about the Bookkeeper access,a role designed to streamline your financial management. Admins now have the ability to invite users as bookkeepers, allowing them to closely monitor transactions, extract transaction details, and oversee all activities within their company's Allawee account.
So, what exactly can a bookkeeper do?
Monitoring Transactions: Bookkeepers have the permission to keep a watchful eye on all the financial transactions taking place within the company's Allawee account. This means they can stay up-to-date on all the ins and outs of your finances.
Extracting Transactions: Need to gather data for auditing purposes? Bookkeepers can effortlessly extract transaction details and receipts, making the audit process smoother and more efficient.
Overseeing Financial Activities: The role of bookkeepers is to manage financial oversight and record-keeping.
However, it's important to note that bookkeepers do have certain limitations:
Not Admins: Unlike admins, bookkeepers do not have full administrative rights. This means they cannot create wallets or initiate transactions. Their role is exclusively focused on financial oversight and record-keeping.
No Wallet or Card Assignment: Bookkeepers do not have the authority to assign a wallet or a card, as these actions fall under the purview of admins.
With Bookkeeper access, you can ensure the financial health of your company is in good hands while maintaining the necessary controls and permissions. We hope this update enhances your experience with Allawee and helps you manage your finances with ease!
